After supplying Chesterfield College four portable buildings in December 2025, they were so happy with our products, prices and service, that they ordered another 36’ x 12’ new manufactured portable building for their Construction Skills Hub Centre in Mastin Moor, near Sheffield.

This was successfully and safely delivered today the 3rd March 2026.

We were asked to attend a meeting at St Catherine's Hospice in January 2026 at Pease Pottage near Gatwick as they needed a new well insulated store facility.

When we arrived and were shown the site and what they were trying to achieve, it became a little more complicated.

We were asked to price up a couple of options for a new canteen facility building for Meridian Foods in Wrexham.

They settled on our drawings and costs for an unusually sized 5.5m x 2.9m open plan new portable building, as this was the space that they had available on their site.

The order was placed, the new jack leg cabin building produced and the building successfully and safely delivered by a hi-ab craned vehicle.

We were contacted by the very nice people at Workbox some time ago who wanted a large portable building for one of their customers in Immingham.

The building needed to have a large open plan office area, a smaller office, a disabled toilet facility and an open plan kitchen area.

We were sent an enquiry from one of our competitors for a bespoke new 20’ x 10’ jack leg cabin as their customer needed a building within 2 weeks and they could only supply it in 8 weeks.

So, we dealt direct with their customer and guaranteed them a 2-week delivery period.

We were contacted by Stewart Longton Caravans on the 22nd January 2026 who wanted a 16’ x 10’ new portable building for their site to be used as a new welfare unit.

After reviewing our proposals which we sent the same day, and after considering other providers, they decided to place an order with us.

We received their initial enquiry through our website www.newcabinspace.co.uk on the 27th January and just 9 days later, (7 if you exclude the weekend) we delivered this new 12’ x 10’ portable building to them using a hi-ab craned vehicle.

We have just delivered a cedar clad 5.0m x 3.5m new manufactured portable building to the very nice people at Permabond Laminates Ltd for a project in Derby.

They originally enquired on the 8th October 2025 and were very specific that their requirements were for a 5.0m x 3.5m jack leg portable building with no windows and a double steel Kirncroft door entry which was to be used as a store.
