We received an enquiry through our website from Ribble Valley Diesels wanting a new 20’ x 10’ portable building with an extra door in the rear of the building.

We had just sold our new manufactured stock 20’ x 10’ jack leg cabin, so offered them a new 24’ x 10’ that we did have available. We sent a drawing of the building and asked them to show where they wanted the extra door fitting, and we revised our drawing accordingly and provided the extra cost for the additional new white Upvc double glazed door.

As your business grows, so does the need for space. More employees, extra equipment, new departments or simply a growing workload can quickly leave your existing office feeling cramped. The problem is that expanding your workspace can seem like a large, disruptive project. Traditional building work can involve months of noise, contractors and moved deadlines, all while your business still needs to operate as normal.

We received a telephone call from Barry Forshore, the MD of LFJ Engineering who originally enquired about a 12’ x 10’ portable building that we had in stock and he needed it immediately. He also needed a sink, base unit, hot water heater and work surface, delivered within 4 days.

Today we supplied the Window Doctor in Coventry with a new 20’ x 10’ open plan portable building which was clad on the front elevation with Siberian Larch timber.

Our customer called 7 days ago and wanted our 24’ x 10’ new stock building, but we had just sold it two days previously.

This is the 3rd building we have recently supplied to Branston Ltd, the potato suppliers near Lincoln, but this time it was installed within a warehouse area.

After previously supplying Branston with two new portable buildings over the last few months, we were contacted to help again, but this time it was a little more complicated.

Today we supplied Boston Energy, who provide wind turbine specialist services through the lifecycle, from foundation, installation and monopile construction and O&M support, with a 16’ x 8’ open plan new portable building that was cladded in timber to the front elevation.

They had moved into a large warehouse on Alexandra Dock in Hull, which is only 5 minutes from our factory and needed an internal office to accommodate 2 people as they currently had no office facilities.

We are becoming very adept at installing our new portable buildings into tight spaces within a factory building and are undertaking quite a few of them.

We were contacted by Aquabio in Grimsby, a waste treatment plant. They wanted a
Office / changing area within their factory space which was the main area for their waste treatment area.

We were contacted through our website by Drywhite Ltd on Monday the 10th August as they needed a new 16’ x 10’ portable building as quickly as possible for additional office space.

We called them back within 5 minutes and explained that we had a brand new 16’ x 10’ jack leg cabin in stock and ready for immediate delivery. We then sent them a quotation for the building and the transportation to their premises in Halesowen and on the same day they placed an order for the building.
