Happy New Year to all of our customers.

This week is going to be a busy week with two new 9.6m x 3m portable buildings delivered today to Dee Tech Services who wanted two buildings supplying and delivering to Connah’s Quay Power Station in Flint, North Wales.

The winner of the last buildings to be delivered before Christmas this year, goes to one of our regular customers who ordered a number of buildings from us throughout 2025.

Most of them are bespoke, as were these two new portable buildings. The first was a 5m x 3m jack leg cabin divided into two smaller areas, each with a separate door and also sliding white Upvc double glazed windows.

Back in August 2025, we received an enquiry form Chesterfield College who wanted four separate buildings.

The new manufactured buildings included a 32’ x 10’ steel anti-vandal open plan building, a 32’ x 10’ steel anti-vandal drying room, a 36’ x 12’ jack leg classroom building and a 20’ steel once used container.

We have just delivered a new manufactured 40’ x 12’ portable building to the Amazon depot in Darlington.

They required a mainly open plan building with a sink and base unit within the open plan area and then two toilets and a store at one end.

We have just completed a six-bay modular nursery building project to the very nice people at Bowburn Primary School in County Durham.

We were contacted earlier in the year by the Head Teacher who wanted a nursery building on a spare piece of land adjacent to the school. Her requirements were for a 55m2 area for 9 months to 1 year old children, a 127m2 area for 2 to 3 year olds and with both areas completed with inward opening powder coated aluminium framed bi-fold doors.

We have just completed another safe and successful installation into a tight warehouse space.

We were originally contacted back in July 2025 by the Air Con Group who enquired about a 40’ x 12’ jack leg portable building which was to be used as comfortable office accommodation in a new factory unit in Barnsley as part of their company’s expansion.

We can manufacture any sized portable jack leg cabin buildings for your company, and nothing is too small for us to undertake.

Our first was a new 10’ x 10’ portable building which was supplied within 7 days of being ordered for just £5,900.

It’s Monday morning and we have just had a phone call from Southolme Holiday Cottages that are based in Pickering in North Yorkshire.

They wanted a new 20’ x 10’ open plan portable building to use for storing cleaning materials and equipment for their holiday rental business, and they wanted it as quickly as possible. Luckily, we had a brand new 20’ x 10’ in stock ready for delivery.
