Pastures Golf Club receive new club area building

We were contacted by the committee of a small but beautiful 9-hole Golf Club in Mickleover near Derby, who wanted to replace their aging existing portable building.
We arranged to meet with the committee on site and indeed, their building was extremely old and beyond refurbishment. They also wanted to extend the size of the existing 28’ x 9’ building to a 32’ x 10’ building.


An upgraded floor for a key storage facility for CINCH

We were contacted by CINCH cars who needed a facility for storing car keys. But not just any facility, they needed to put into a new portable building seventeen specialised key storage cabinets each measuring 1030mm x 180mm. Each key cabinet had to have wi-fi and power and because of the total weight the floor would need to be upgraded.


Manufactured in record time

We like to exceed our customers’ expectations, but on this occasion, we exceeded our own.
We were contacted on a Monday morning by SA Land Developments who needed a self-contained weighbridge office complete with a toilet and kitchen area.
They initially enquired about a 40’ x 12’ building but after we established that the building was needed for just one person, we advised that a 20’ x 10’ was perfectly suitable and obviously a lot cheaper solution for them.

They wanted quickly, a new 32’ x 10’ divided into to two offices and a small central store area and it was to be sited inside their warehouse

Damage to our client’s new portable building

Sometimes in life, things do not go according to plan.
We received an order for a new manufactured portable jack leg building some months ago and our client had to delay the delivery as his site works were not ready to receive the building, so we stored it for him free of charge.
The day of the delivery of the portable building came and unfortunately a piece of timber underneath the building was damaged in transport. The client still accepted the building and by 7am the next morning, we had travelled 146 miles and were on site before the client arrived.

We were recently contacted by Dr Kenny who is the pastor at the “Deeper Life Bible Church” in Birmingham who needed a large new portable building to accommodate the extra congregation their church was experiencing. The adults have their own Sunday Worship in their main building and this extra space was needed for the children of the adults for their Sunday School.
