It was only four weeks ago that we supplied and delivered an open plan 20’ x 10’ new portable building to Branstons in Lincoln.

Within 2 weeks, we received an enquiry from another department within Branstons that had seen our product, liked our product and liked our prices.

We received an enquiry through our website for a 40’ x 12’ open plan new portable building from OPL Distribution in Birmingham.

They quickly needed an open plan building for additional office accommodation and as we carry in stock, a range of brand-new portable building sizes, they were able to reserve this 40’ x 12’ jack leg cabin until they processed their order to us.

We received an enquiry through our website for a 20’ x 10’ open plan new portable building from Branstons Ltd in Lincoln that supply over 350,000 tons of potatoes each year.

They needed the building to accommodate four desks, and they needed it very quickly.

We received an enquiry through our website for a 40’ x 12’ new portable building which was to be used as a preparation kitchen with a walk-in fridge.

The building firstly had to have an increased floor loading for the equipment and storage, so we manufactured the building with a 5kn per m2 floor. On top of this, the building had to have additional insulation to the floor and our customer specified 120mm Kingspan insulation.

We received an enquiry from Daniel at Beaver Lakes Fisheries in Surrey who urgently wanted two new portable buildings linked end to end. We provided a drawing and costings for the supply of a 40’ x 12’ portable building and a 24’ x 10’ portable building linked with a 4’ x 2’ linkway.

Today we delivered another 32’ x 10’ open plan anti vandal building to the Hargreaves Group that specialise in delivering essential services for Industry and Infrastructure.

In February 2026 we were contacted by Acorn Childcare Centre in Stamford, Lincolnshire who wanted a new portable building for 2-to-3-year-old children as an additional nursery facility.

After us providing various drawings and revisions, they visited our factory to look at different sized new portable buildings in various stages of manufacture and brought with them a number of questions. Our meeting lasted quite a while and based upon our discussions we produced a final drawing and costings for them.

We were contacted through our website back in July 2025 by Lanes Vets, who are based in Higher Bartle near Preston and needed to extend their office space for the practice.

They required an air conditioned 6m x 3.6m area with a base unit, sink and worktop and a further two smaller offices each with a sliding door. They also required extra double 13-amp power points as well as data adding to the building.
