We have just completed another safe and successful installation into a tight warehouse space.

We were originally contacted back in July 2025 by the Air Con Group who enquired about a 40’ x 12’ jack leg portable building which was to be used as comfortable office accommodation in a new factory unit in Barnsley as part of their company’s expansion.

We can manufacture any sized portable jack leg cabin buildings for your company, and nothing is too small for us to undertake.

Our first was a new 10’ x 10’ portable building which was supplied within 7 days of being ordered for just £5,900.

It’s Monday morning and we have just had a phone call from Southolme Holiday Cottages that are based in Pickering in North Yorkshire.

They wanted a new 20’ x 10’ open plan portable building to use for storing cleaning materials and equipment for their holiday rental business, and they wanted it as quickly as possible. Luckily, we had a brand new 20’ x 10’ in stock ready for delivery.

Having been contacted through our website www.newcabinspace.co.uk on the 6th June by a branch of the Tarmac Group based near Barry in South Wales, who sent us a basic drawing of their requirements for a new facility, as their very, very old Portable Building was becoming not fit for purpose.

Having been contacted through our website on the 18th August by the Lindum Group Ltd that are based in Lincoln and who wanted an open plan new 32’ x 10’ portable building, we provided them with a drawing and the price of the building and transportation to a site in Immingham the very same day.

They contacted us back on the 21st August to say that they would like to proceed with an order and we quoted a late September delivery.

We were originally contacted through our website on the 30th July 2025 by BMS Scaffolding in Rainham, Essex, who enquired about our new stock 24’ x 10’ open plan portable building which was available for immediate delivery.

However, they needed to create one section to be a changed into a drying room complete with bench seating and a second area to be converted into a kitchen / rest area. They also need an outward opening door.
