Another highly delighted customer

We were originally contacted through our website by Dave O’Brien, the Managing Director of Complete Fixing Solutions who are based in Saltney, near Chester.

He enquired about our new manufactured 24’ x 10’ portable jack leg cabin building and needed it quickly but wanted instead of our standard inward opening white Upvc double glazed door, an outward opening steel Kirncroft door.

Dave’s original enquiry was on the 29th July 2025. We replied the very same day with drawings, photographs and prices including delivery costs and also agreed to replace the white Upvc door with the steel Kirncroft door completely free of charge.

We collected and fitted the new door and delivered the building safely to their company premises on the 8th August.

It’s nice to continue to get 5 star reviews from our satisfied customers. We always endeavour to exceed our customers expectations with excellent communication and service through the initial enquiry, to quality products, value for money prices and speedy delivery.

We even take a photograph of the building as it is being loaded for delivery to send to our customer to let them know that their portable building is on its way. And then call them after delivery to ensure that they have been completed satisfied with their purchase.
