We were contacted by Stewart Longton Caravans on the 22nd January 2026 who wanted a 16’ x 10’ new portable building for their site to be used as a new welfare unit.

After reviewing our proposals which we sent the same day, and after considering other providers, they decided to place an order with us.

We received their initial enquiry through our website www.newcabinspace.co.uk on the 27th January and just 9 days later, (7 if you exclude the weekend) we delivered this new 12’ x 10’ portable building to them using a hi-ab craned vehicle.

We have just delivered a cedar clad 5.0m x 3.5m new manufactured portable building to the very nice people at Permabond Laminates Ltd for a project in Derby.

They originally enquired on the 8th October 2025 and were very specific that their requirements were for a 5.0m x 3.5m jack leg portable building with no windows and a double steel Kirncroft door entry which was to be used as a store.

We have just delivered a specific 24’ x 12’ new manufactured portable building to the very nice people at Solarwise Roofing and Buildings.

They requested a building which included a separate toilet area, that was to be delivered to their premises in Essex and that is to be used as a hairdressing salon.
They considered our company to offer the best quality building, for the most cost-effective price.

We specialise in supplying quality new manufactured portable buildings and our delivery this morning was of a 16’ x 9’ jack leg portable building to Luna Motor Home Hire.

Once again, we achieved a speedy delivery as we only received their enquiry on the 12th January 2026 and today the 21st January 2026, we delivered their new manufactured building.

This week is going to be a busy week with two new 9.6m x 3m portable buildings delivered today to Dee Tech Services who wanted two buildings supplying and delivering to Connah’s Quay Power Station in Flint, North Wales.

The winner of the last buildings to be delivered before Christmas this year, goes to one of our regular customers who ordered a number of buildings from us throughout 2025.

Most of them are bespoke, as were these two new portable buildings. The first was a 5m x 3m jack leg cabin divided into two smaller areas, each with a separate door and also sliding white Upvc double glazed windows.

Back in August 2025, we received an enquiry form Chesterfield College who wanted four separate buildings.

The new manufactured buildings included a 32’ x 10’ steel anti-vandal open plan building, a 32’ x 10’ steel anti-vandal drying room, a 36’ x 12’ jack leg classroom building and a 20’ steel once used container.
