Sandrine wanted to upgrade her outdoor salon at the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Doncaster with a stylish and secure new facility for her customers.

We were contacted back in December 2024 by an all-age generic special school who cater for a wide range of learning needs from moderate difficulties to severe learning and Asperger’s and Autism.

We recently supplied a new portable jack leg cabin building which is now being used at a used car dealers as a reception area with two separate offices in Leicester.

The very nice people at the award-winning Farndon Fields Farm Shop in Market Harborough contacted us as they were wanting a facility for a 4-person office with a tea making area together with a toilet and small drying room.

We looked at different sized portable buildings for their project and sent a selection of drawings showing what space they would have on various options taking into consideration their specific requirements.

When looking for a portable building to be used as a “Drop Off” facility for the car park area at Leeds Bradford Airport, we were contacted to originally design and quote for a larger 40’ x 12’ new portable building.

After various drawing and pricing revisions showing a small one-way system within the building, the management at Leeds Bradford Airport decided to look at two smaller but identical buildings, so that they could locate them in different areas of the car park about 200 metres apart.

We have recognised that the cost of a new portable or modular building is basically determined by how big you are as a company supplying these products and how much extra margin you have to make to cover the large overheads that you have if you are a larger company.

We were contacted by an engineering company on a Thursday morning at 10am who had found us through our new website and wanted two new 32’ x 10’ open plan portable buildings urgently.

We immediately sent them through photographs, specifications and drawings of two of the new jack leg cabins that we had in stock and also checked their site on Google Earth for any delivery problems and supplied them with a total price including delivery.

With their lengthy timelines and high costs, traditional construction projects can often heighten these challenges. Fortunately, portable and modular buildings offer a highly effective solution for schools and educational institutions.
