Because, with a low overhead only a lower margin will be required, which results in significant savings to the end user for basically the same product.

1: We only supply new manufactured portable buildings, used buildings do not give value for money as they are often old and refurbished and not much less in price.

2: We manufacture our buildings for stock, so if you want a building, you can have it next week rather than wait 6 to 8 weeks to have it manufactured.

3: However, if your requirement is more specific, we can manufacture your building in a 3 to 4 week period.

3: We are an SME company and keep our overheads low, so that we do not have to charge much bigger prices to cover large overheads.
