In February 2026 we were contacted by Acorn Childcare Centre in Stamford, Lincolnshire who wanted a new portable building for 2-to-3-year-old children as an additional nursery facility.
After us providing various drawings and revisions, they visited our factory to look at different sized new portable buildings in various stages of manufacture and brought with them a number of questions. Our meeting lasted quite a while and based upon our discussions we produced a final drawing and costings for them.
New Six Bay Modular Nursery Building Project Completed

We have just completed a six-bay modular nursery building project to the very nice people at Bowburn Primary School in County Durham.
We were contacted earlier in the year by the Head Teacher who wanted a nursery building on a spare piece of land adjacent to the school. Her requirements were for a 55m2 area for 9 months to 1 year old children, a 127m2 area for 2 to 3 year olds and with both areas completed with inward opening powder coated aluminium framed bi-fold doors.

Many of our nursery cabins are available for immediate dispatch from stock. Bespoke units typically take around 4-6 weeks for construction and installation once the design is approved. (Because the modules are built off-site in a factory, we can often complete projects much faster than traditional on-site builds.)
