New Dental Surgeries for 543 Dental in Hull

As the 543 Dental Surgery in Hull is one of our director’s dentists, then we had to make sure that everything was perfect.
Their goal was to open another two dental surgeries and a central reception / waiting room in a quality new portable building due to them needing extra dental facilities.
We attended site in 2025 and measured out their car park area at the rear of their premises and established that we could just fit a 40’ x 12’ (12m x 3.6m) new portable building there.
After meeting with Chris Groombridge of 543 Dental, we established his wish list and sent over a floor plan and elevation drawing showing a central reception and waiting room area and off that, two identically sized surgeries which he used to submit his planning application.
We attended various meetings with his other contractors as we could only internally finish the central waiting area. The two dental surgeries needed specialist contractors to fit lead into the walls and install the specialist wall and ceiling panels, floor coverings, lighting and services to the surgeries.
Planning permission was received in late January and the building was manufactured and safely and successfully delivered on Friday the 6th March 2026.
We installed a 5kn per2 floor and the building with its steel skids and steel cross members sat perfectly on the foundation pads that were installed 2 weeks earlier.
The installation was tight and we used a 55-ton crane to off load the portable building from the transportation which was sat in the street adjacent to the car par entrance. Ten minutes later the building was lowered into position onto the foundation pads.
We supply new portable buildings for all types of uses, our next one to be delivered is for a veterinary surgery.
