Drying room and rest area for BMS Scaffolding

We were originally contacted through our website on the 30th July 2025 by BMS Scaffolding in Rainham, Essex, who enquired about our new stock 24’ x 10’ open plan portable building which was available for immediate delivery.

However, they needed to create one section to be a changed into a drying room complete with bench seating and a second area to be converted into a kitchen / rest area. They also need an outward opening door.

As we were not able to alter our stock building as the windows where in the wrong places, we suggested that we manufacture their exact building for them and sent them new drawings and prices the same day.

Over the next few days, the drawing kept getting revised until our customer was happy with the final layout and they then placed an order with us on the 5th August 2025.

The building was manufactured to their exact specification and safely delivered on the 18th August 2025 and took just 8 working days from order to delivery.

Once again, we took photographs of the building as it was being loaded at our factory and forwarded them on to our customer to let them know that their new portable building was now on its way to them.

Sometimes it’s just the little touches that make the difference and we believe in excellent communication throughout the sales process.
