Another portable building installed inside a warehouse

We were contacted by Prasco UK Ltd who are based in Thorne, near Doncaster on the 20th May 2025 who found our company through our website www.newcabinspace.co.uk

 They wanted quickly, a new 32’ x 10’ divided into to two offices and a small central store area and it was to be sited inside their warehouse.

 The next day we visited them to conduct a free site survey and met with John Marshall who is one of the Directors and owners.

 It became apparent that although the building could be delivered on the transport to inside the warehouse, there was not enough height to use the transport’s hi-ab crane to unload the building.

 So, we suggested that the solution was to off load the new portable building just outside the entrance shutter door, and then with two sets of wheels made specifically for this purpose and using a fork-lift truck at one 10’ end, the building could be carefully and safely pushed inside the warehouse and then moved sidewards to the final location.

 By the 29th May 2025, we had taken one of our brand-new stock 32’ x 10’ portable buildings and fitted two new partitions and doors and altered the electrics accordingly.

Then delivered the building to their premises and installed and levelled the building inside of the warehouse to their desired location.

 Our client was absolutely delighted with our quality product, our exceptional service and our speed of delivery.
