An ambitious delivery date required

We received a telephone call from Barry Forshore, the MD of LFJ Engineering who originally enquired about a 12’ x 10’ portable building that we had in stock and he needed it immediately. He also needed a sink, base unit, hot water heater and work surface, delivered within 4 days.

We had the 12’ x 10’ building available but then he considered that a 16’ x 10’ would be better, but we had sold our stock 16’ x 10’ building 2 days earlier.

He enquired on the Thursday before the August Bank Holiday weekend and we explained that he could not have a building by the Tuesday because of the two 2 clear working days needed to submit a movement order to the police.

As we no longer had an immediately available 16’ x 10’ jack leg cabin in stock, we offered to work over the Bank Holiday weekend to produce him a brand-new building which was to be delivered on Friday, just 3 days later than his requested date.

Our men worked the weekend, and his new building was completed and ready for delivery as quoted.

The building was successfully and safely delivered to the delight of our customer who immediately posted a 5-star Google review.

We also send a photograph of the building when it has been loaded and send it to our customer to let them know that the building is on its way.
