Car Auction take delivery of their new office

We received an enquiry on the 18th August through our website from EPMA Car Auctions in Ellesmere Port that needed a new office to replace their very old office.

Within 2 days, we provided them with an initial drawing and costs including delivery of the building. However, they had a local dealer who they had dealt with previously and they obviously had never dealt with us before.

We offered to visit them and conduct a free site survey as well as sitting down over a cup of tea, to discuss exactly what their wish list was for the new building. Clair and Darren who own EPMA were wonderful to deal with and when we left them, we knew exactly what they wanted.

They needed to have a main large office for staff, with a toilet and kitchen area, and then a partitioned smaller area with two sliding windows and counters on either side, to enable them to take payments and hand over documents for vehicles purchased through the auction.

Being a SME company with low overheads, we were able to provide a quality building at an extremely competitive price, in fact we ended up being a few thousands pounds cheaper than they local dealer without us compromising on our usual high build standard.

The external colours matched their corporate colours, and we even included white internal window blinds and a digital lock on the internal door to the main office.

They were very specific that the building had to be delivered on the 20th October at 1pm, to enable them to remove their old building in the morning and then have their contractors connect to the mains electrics and plumbing to their new building.

We updated them every step of the way with photographs of the building being manufactured and then completed and loaded onto transport.

Their new building was delivered as promised at 1pm on the 20th October and they were absolutely delighted with their purchase.
